Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops tailored to the needs of clinicians and healthcare staff.
- Develop, curate, and maintain learning toolkits and digital resources to support educational initiatives.
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through feedback and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training strategies with hospital objectives and regulatory standards.
- Manage the logistics and coordination of training events, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in healthcare education and instructional design to innovate training methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Training & Development, preferably within the healthcare or corporate sector.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certifications in L&D are an advantage.
