Join our dedicated team at the Agency For Integrated Care as an Assistant Manager for the SG Healthcare Corps Volunteer Management. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing volunteer programs that support our healthcare initiatives across Singapore. You'll work closely with the Volunteer Management team to recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers who contribute significantly to patient care and community health services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the recruitment, screening, and onboarding process for SG Healthcare Corps volunteers
- Develop and implement volunteer training programs specific to healthcare settings and patient interaction
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments across various healthcare facilities in Singapore
- Monitor volunteer performance and provide ongoing support, feedback, and recognition
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to identify volunteer needs and opportunities for service enhancement
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and volunteer organizations
- Track volunteer hours, contributions, and outcomes for reporting and program evaluation
- Assist in the development of volunteer policies, procedures, and best practices for healthcare volunteering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in volunteer management or program coordination, preferably in healthcare
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse volunteers
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Experience in developing and implementing volunteer training programs, especially in healthcare contexts
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, patient confidentiality, and volunteer management best practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in using volunteer management software and database systems
