The Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Assistant Manager, Strategy and Partnerships to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in championing our mission to promote, preserve, and celebrate local Chinese arts and culture.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and fostering meaningful collaborations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to amplify the impact of our programs, ensuring that Singaporean Chinese culture remains vibrant, relevant, and accessible to diverse audiences. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to align with the Centre's long-term objectives in arts and cultural promotion.
  • Identify, build, and nurture strong partnerships with community organizations, corporate sponsors, and government agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of existing partnerships to maximize engagement and resource efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact cultural events and exhibitions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management regarding partnership developments and strategic milestones.
  • Assist in the administrative management of partnership agreements and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in the arts and heritage sector to identify new collaboration opportunities.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Arts Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of the local Chinese arts and culture scene in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • An innovative mindset with a keen interest in community engagement and cultural policy.
