Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive system support and maintenance for policy administration systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze impact, and support the implementation of new products, campaigns, and system enhancements.
- Lead and participate in the end-to-end rollout of system initiatives, including planning, testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related incidents and service requests promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, translating complex business needs into technical specifications and vice-versa.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data security standards within all system activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in system support, business analysis, or a similar IT role, preferably within the life insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven experience with policy administration systems (e.g., Life Asia, Life/400, or similar core insurance platforms) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
