Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies to support product launches and seasonal promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution of in-store visibility and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to provide actionable insights for continuous strategy improvement.
- Manage the trade marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI across all retail channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and distribution of merchandising guidelines and retail training modules.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing post-mortem analyses and optimization recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Brand Management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of shopper marketing, retail environment, and merchandising strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and translating insights into strategic marketing actions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software.
