Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and set specific marketing goals aligned with business objectives for all divisions
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and visibility
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI
- Collaborate with creative and operational teams to produce engaging and cohesive marketing content
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and vendors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, spa, or wellness industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media management platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with excellent project management and time management skills
- Deep understanding of the Bali market and current trends in the luxury wellness sector
