- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and achieving KPIs.
- Contribute to the development and curation of engaging digital content (text, image, video) for the website, social media platforms, and other online assets.
- Manage and update company websites and e-commerce platforms, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for user experience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and IT, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and support overall business objectives.
- Support budget management for digital marketing initiatives, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Proven proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital trends.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
