Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies to drive brand visibility and sales performance globally.
- Manage end-to-end operations on international e-commerce platforms, ensuring brand consistency and premium presentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketplace promotional calendars with global marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketplace sales data, customer feedback, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize product listings, including SEO, high-quality imagery, and compelling copy to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor and manage stock inventory health and logistics performance within marketplace ecosystems.
- Generate regular reporting on KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Proven track record of managing global marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Tmall, or regional leaders).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and Google Analytics.
