Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels to increase brand awareness.
- Plan and manage the marketing calendar, including seasonal promotions, events, and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and retail operations, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for future optimization.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Lead influencer partnerships and social media community management initiatives.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM strategies).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
