Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and source potential international leads interested in Bali's property market.
- Execute high-quality initial outreach via phone, email, and professional networking platforms.
- Screen and qualify prospects based on investment capacity and specific property requirements.
- Manage and update the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of lead pipelines.
- Prepare concise lead summaries and hand-over briefs for the Sales Director.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Represent PT Remarc Property Group with a high level of professionalism and cultural awareness.
- Monitor market trends to provide insightful feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client relationship management (Real Estate experience is a plus).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is highly valued.
- Proven ability to engage and persuade high-net-worth international clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
- Technically proficient in CRM software, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment based in Badung, Bali.
