Are you a results-driven hospitality professional with a deep understanding of the government sector? Veranda Hotels & Residences is seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Sales Manager to lead our efforts in capturing and expanding our footprint within the Government segment.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our luxury property and key government decision-makers. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential development areas, cultivating long-term partnerships, and ensuring our hotel remains the preferred choice for government-led events, seminars, and official travel. We are looking for an ambitious individual who thrives on building networks and possesses the tenacity to exceed sales targets in a competitive Jakarta market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the Government segment effectively.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and government project leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and public sector departments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to government procurement standards.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams to ensure seamless event execution and high guest satisfaction for government delegations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas through proactive networking and client visits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, specifically with a proven track record in the Government (MICE/Travel) segment.
- Strong existing network within Indonesian government agencies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and government administrative requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage high-pressure environments, and travel for business purposes as required.
