Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and events.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar sales or business development role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong existing network and connections with corporate clients, travel agencies, or event organizers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
