Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned Buleleng territory.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets to support regional growth.
- Promote and educate customers on the health benefits of Yakult products.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily inventory reports.
- Monitor product availability and ensure proper merchandising at retail outlets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement marketing and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: SMA/SMK (all majors) from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, retail, or field operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and willingness to work in the field.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the Buleleng area and local market dynamics is highly desirable.
