What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized styling advice.
- Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and well-stocked according to H&M's global visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Promote H&M's loyalty program and ensure customers are aware of current promotions and campaigns.
- Assist in receiving and processing deliveries, ensuring stock is replenished and organized on the sales floor.
- Support the team in achieving daily sales targets and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and store operations.
