Tanggung Jawab
- Support Security Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across hotel premises
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to security incidents
- Train and supervise security staff to ensure high service standards
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents
- Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and Accor security standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of security management experience in hospitality sector
- Valid security certification (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian security regulations and protocols
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in security software and surveillance systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
