As the Assistant Security Manager, you will work closely with the Security Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations, mitigate risks, and implement robust loss prevention strategies. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of security personnel, ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed and that our facility remains a secure, high-standard destination. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Security Manager in daily operational planning, scheduling, and deployment of security personnel.
- Monitor and manage facility surveillance systems, access control, and fire/safety alarm protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Oversee emergency response procedures, including fire, medical, and security-related incidents.
- Lead and mentor the security team, ensuring high standards of professionalism and strict adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Investigate, report, and document all security-related incidents, losses, or safety breaches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Public Safety, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a security supervisory or managerial role, preferably within a retail or warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and de-escalate conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in incident reporting, digital surveillance systems, and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must possess high integrity, physical stamina, and strong situational awareness.
