Join Cisadane Sawit Raya as Assistant Sustainability and become a key driver in our commitment to responsible palm oil production. This critical role ensures operational compliance with sustainability standards while safeguarding worker welfare and environmental integrity. You'll conduct daily readiness assessments of personnel, verify proper utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across plantation activities. By monitoring workplace conditions and implementing safety protocols, you'll directly contribute to accident prevention and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct pre-shift worker readiness assessments including health checks and PPE verification
- Monitor compliance with SOPs for safety equipment and material usage
- Implement environmental safety protocols during plantation operations
- Document and report workplace safety incidents or near-misses
- Coordinate sustainability training programs for plantation personnel
- Ensure proper waste management and chemical handling procedures
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and inspections
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) preferred
- 1+ years experience in plantation/agricultural operations
- Proficient in SOP implementation and compliance monitoring
- Strong understanding of PPE standards and safety protocols
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in remote plantation environments
- Basic first aid certification required
