Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and meal times
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and classroom resources
- Monitor children's progress and document observations for developmental assessments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and progress
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
Kualifikasi
- Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (FECCE)
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred)
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices
