CPG Corporation is seeking a strategic and results-driven Assistant Vice President / Vice President of Business Development to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of securing large-scale, high-impact projects across diverse typologies, driving our growth trajectory in the competitive Singaporean market.
We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record in proposal management and client relationship cultivation. As an AVP/VP, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape our market positioning, identify emerging opportunities, and lead complex tender processes. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your industry expertise to influence the built environment and infrastructure landscape while working within a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle, from initial lead generation to the successful closure of high-value contracts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.
- Spearhead the preparation and submission of complex, high-stakes tender proposals, ensuring technical excellence and commercial competitiveness.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and potential partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the executive leadership team.
- Represent CPG Corporation at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to bolster our brand presence.
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, legal, and finance) to ensure seamless project acquisition and handover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in business development or consultancy sales, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, or architecture sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value tenders and securing large-scale project contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of contract structures and risk management.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Strong network within the Singaporean corporate and public sectors is a significant advantage.
