Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely month-end closing activities in compliance with corporate policies.
- Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and vendor/customer reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for site leadership.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and statutory compliance requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with local and regional finance teams to streamline financial reporting processes.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of IFRS or local accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
