Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key business performance indicators.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Partner with internal departments (Finance, Marketing, Operations) to translate business needs into technical data requirements.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on guest behavior and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms through rigorous testing and validation.
- Present insights and findings to senior management to influence business strategies.
- Continuously refine analytical models to improve predictive accuracy and operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Strong technical skills in Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
- Experience with Excel (advanced functions, VBA) and working with large-scale relational databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward process improvement.
