Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing plans that align with overall corporate objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging consumer trends.
- Collaborate with advertising and digital agencies to manage the implementation of multi-channel campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable reports to leadership to optimize marketing ROI.
- Lead product launch initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, supply chain, and trade marketing teams.
- Manage brand budget allocations and track expenditures to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring all internal and external communication maintains brand identity and integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or advertising.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that result in measurable business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and market research tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
