Tanggung Jawab
- Support the end-to-end execution of market research projects, including design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct thorough data analysis using various statistical tools and methodologies to identify key trends and insights.
- Assist in the preparation of compelling client presentations and detailed research reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals and pitches, demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs and research solutions.
- Perform comprehensive literature reviews, competitive analyses, and secondary research to enrich project contexts.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to Ipsos's rigorous quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Actively participate in client meetings and workshops, contributing to discussions and fostering strong client relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in market research, management consulting, data analysis, or a similar insights-driven role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, R, Python) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is highly advantageous.
