Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles across SEM, Social Media, and Display advertising channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI and buyer conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives and regional market trends.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad copy to enhance user engagement and conversion journey.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms while localizing strategies for international target audiences.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep the organization at the forefront of digital innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a client-facing or agency setting.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and major SEO/SEM analytics tools.
- Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns with a focus on measurable conversion data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for international stakeholder management.
- Capacity to work effectively during night shift hours to align with Western market time zones.
- Exceptional project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
