  • Develop and execute the comprehensive direct marketing content strategy, aligning it with corporate goals, brand guidelines, and P&L targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creation and optimization of high-performance marketing content across email, direct mail, display, and social channels.
  • Manage and analyze campaign-level P&L impact, providing strategic recommendations to maximize ROI and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a talented team of content creators, strategists, and marketing professionals.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data Science teams to mine customer insights, drive segmentation strategies, and refine personalization efforts.
  • Champion a culture of A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Serve as the key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign messaging.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep Optum's direct marketing approach cutting-edge and effective.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in direct marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, ROI-driven marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of campaign-level P&L management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing strategic, results-oriented content campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the healthcare, health insurance, or pharmaceutical industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
