Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing and communications strategy that aligns with IIX’s mission and business growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns across digital, social, PR, and event platforms.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, research reports, and executive speaking opportunities to position IIX as a market authority.
- Manage brand identity and cross-channel messaging to ensure consistency in stakeholder communications.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, investor presentations, and digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support fundraising, investor relations, and organizational development goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and engagement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in strategic marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of success in ESG, impact investing, international development, or financial services.
- Strong storytelling ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and public relations.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, including government agencies and international financial institutions.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team management.
