Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial modeling and valuation exercises for complex infrastructure debt transactions.
- Conduct deep-dive commercial and financial due diligence on potential investment targets.
- Draft detailed investment memos and credit committee papers for senior management review.
- Monitor and manage existing portfolio assets, including reporting and covenant compliance tracking.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, and tax advisors during the execution of financing deals.
- Analyze macroeconomic trends and sector-specific developments to identify new investment opportunities.
- Collaborate across regional teams to ensure alignment with Macquarie’s global investment strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, debt advisory, or private equity.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure asset classes and debt financing structures.
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deal-driven deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in local Indonesian language is a distinct advantage.
