Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients to facilitate equity trade execution and idea generation.
- Analyze market trends, sector performance, and macroeconomic indicators to provide value-added insights to clients.
- Execute large-scale institutional equity orders with precision and minimal market impact.
- Collaborate with global internal teams, including research, structuring, and sales traders, to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
- Monitor and manage client risk profiles in accordance with firm and regulatory compliance standards.
- Develop innovative trading strategies to optimize execution quality for complex institutional portfolios.
- Actively grow the client base by identifying new business opportunities in the Indonesian market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of direct experience in institutional equity sales, trading, or related capital markets roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian equity market regulations and liquidity dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop, maintain, and leverage professional networks with institutional investors (buy-side).
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Bloomberg Terminal or similar trading platforms.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Hold relevant professional financial licenses (e.g., WPE/WMI or equivalent).
