Tanggung Jawab
- Execute restructuring mandates including financial analysis, stakeholder management, and transaction execution
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and financial modeling for distressed companies and portfolios
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and pitch materials for clients and stakeholders
- Assist in negotiating debt restructuring terms with creditors, sponsors, and other parties
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments affecting restructuring transactions in Asia-Pacific
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including forensic, valuation, and tax specialists
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to proposal preparation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in restructuring, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Track record of managing multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA is advantageous
- Experience with insolvency proceedings or creditor advisory is preferred
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
