Tanggung Jawab
- Execute client orders for listed derivatives across global exchanges with precision and speed.
- Monitor market movements and provide timely, actionable market updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all dealing activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Manage end-to-end trade lifecycles, including order placement, execution, and post-trade reconciliation.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the risk management team to identify and mitigate potential operational and market risks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading workflows and system enhancements.
- Assist in the preparation of daily market reports and performance analytics.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Possession of relevant regulatory licenses (e.g., CMSRL for Dealing in Derivatives) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in derivatives trading or global markets operations (Senior level requires 5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of listed derivatives products, including futures and options.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software such as Bloomberg, TT, or CQG.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus for managing global clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment.
