PT Inovasi Farmasi Indonesia (Apotek Inofarma) is currently on an ambitious journey to scale our footprint to 1,000 pharmacy outlets across Indonesia. We are looking for a highly motivated Associate, Site Acquisition to join our high-growth expansion team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, evaluating, and securing prime locations for our new retail pharmacy branches. You will be at the forefront of our aggressive growth strategy, managing the end-to-end site selection process from initial scouting to lease negotiation. If you have a sharp eye for high-traffic areas, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab
- Scout and identify potential locations for new pharmacy outlets based on strategic expansion criteria.
- Conduct thorough market research and foot-traffic analysis to ensure the viability of potential sites.
- Execute lease negotiations with property owners and landlords to secure favorable terms.
- Coordinate with internal legal and construction teams to ensure site readiness.
- Maintain a database of potential sites and track acquisition progress through regular reporting.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local property agents and stakeholders.
- Perform site feasibility studies and coordinate necessary permits and licensing documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site acquisition, retail leasing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta property market and retail geography.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive professional presence.
- Ability to work independently in the field and meet aggressive expansion targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and site analysis.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
