- Conduct end-to-end System and Network Infrastructure (SNI) processes to ensure high application quality
- Implement, configure, and maintain network systems and infrastructure components
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in network infrastructure
- Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions
- Ensure all network operations comply with security policies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Familiarity with network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot network issues
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
