Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage government relations and ensure proactive engagement with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- Lead and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that resonate with company values.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders and media inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging across all corporate channels.
- Draft high-quality press releases, speeches, annual reports, and corporate documentation.
- Monitor industry trends and legislative changes to provide timely strategic advice to senior management.
- Coordinate corporate events and industry networking sessions to strengthen company presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or government relations.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and community engagement projects.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
