Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement compliance training programs aligned with Australian RTO policies and regulatory requirements
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and assessment tools
- Monitor and analyze compliance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders on training effectiveness and adherence
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate learning solutions
- Ensure all training documentation and records are maintained in accordance with regulatory standards
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with Australian workplace regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compliance policies and procedures
- Stay updated on changes in Australian employment laws and regulations, adapting training programs accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in learning design, instructional design, or training development, preferably in a BPO or corporate environment
- Strong understanding of Australian compliance regulations and Return to Office policies
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work setup
- Experience with Australian clients or familiarity with Australian workplace culture is highly advantageous
