At hammerjack, we are on a mission to drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. We are seeking a commercially minded Audio-Visual Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality audio and visual content that captivates audiences and supports our marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with creative professionals to ensure seamless execution of events, video productions, and digital content. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in AV equipment, a creative eye for visual storytelling, and a deep understanding of how audio-visual elements contribute to brand growth. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our marketing success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and operate audio-visual equipment for events, presentations, and video productions.
- Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize and produce engaging multimedia content.
- Ensure technical quality and consistency across all AV outputs.
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot AV systems before and during events.
- Maintain inventory of AV equipment and coordinate repairs or upgrades.
- Stay updated with latest AV technologies and trends to recommend innovations.
- Support live streaming and virtual event production.
- Provide technical support during marketing campaigns and shoots.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Audio-Visual Specialist or similar role.
- Proficient in operating audio mixers, video switchers, lighting, and projection systems.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Commercially minded with a focus on delivering business results.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles is a plus.
