Join the Ateneo De Manila University as an Audio Visual Technician II and become a cornerstone of our campus's technological infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate seamless audiovisual experiences across diverse venues, from lecture halls to conference spaces. You'll lead the setup, calibration, and breakdown of complex AV systems for academic events, presentations, and campus activities while ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your expertise will drive proactive maintenance programs, troubleshooting technical issues with precision, and managing equipment lending protocols. This position demands a blend of technical proficiency and customer service excellence, as you collaborate with faculty, staff, and event coordinators to deliver innovative AV solutions that enhance teaching and learning experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead setup, operation, and teardown of AV equipment for campus events, classrooms, and learning spaces
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on projectors, sound systems, video conferencing units, and presentation hardware
- Manage equipment inventory, lending protocols, and asset documentation systems
- Provide technical support and training to faculty and staff on AV equipment operation
- Collaborate with event coordinators to design and execute technical solutions for diverse venues
- Document maintenance activities, equipment issues, and resolution procedures
- Stay current with emerging AV technologies and recommend system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on AV system installation and maintenance experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting AV equipment including projectors, mixers, and control systems
- Strong knowledge of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for equipment transport)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for events
