At The Rigging Company Limited, we pride ourselves on maintaining a fleet of heavy trucks and equipment that is always ready for action. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Electrician to join our team in Calamba City, Laguna. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in our trucks and rigging equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our fleet operates efficiently, safely, and reliably, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
As an Auto Electrician, you will handle a variety of tasks from diagnosing complex electrical faults to performing routine maintenance. You will work on starting and charging systems, lighting, wiring harnesses, control panels, and electronic components. Your ability to troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and interpret wiring diagrams will be essential. You will also collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to ensure overall vehicle health.
We offer a competitive salary package of ₱22,000 to ₱25,000 per month, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade wiring harnesses, batteries, alternators, starters, and other electrical components.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to locate malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and service manuals to guide work.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate repairs and minimize fleet downtime.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience as an auto electrician, preferably in heavy trucks or equipment.
- Vocational or technical diploma in Automotive Electrical or related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, including 12V and 24V systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and scan tools.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and working in various conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in a shop environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
