Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle makes and models, including engines, transmissions, and brake systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and quality control checks to ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining technical issues in clear language and providing accurate repair estimates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment at all times.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Driver's License (TL) and Certificate of Competency (or equivalent technical certification).
- Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including fuel, ignition, cooling, and exhaust systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
