Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations, to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using modern diagnostic tools and software.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential safety hazards or performance issues before they escalate.
- Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brake systems, and steering components.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records for all fleet vehicles.
- Recommend necessary repairs or upgrades to the fleet management team.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and local automotive repair regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training in Automotive Technology is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic or in fleet maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, and electrical circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and perform manual labor.
- Basic computer skills for logging service data.
