Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on construction and agricultural equipment
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections
- Troubleshoot complex machinery failures using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Replace worn or damaged components following manufacturer specifications
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Document all repairs and maintenance activities in service records
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment service schedules
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a mechanic specializing in heavy equipment or agricultural machinery
- Technical certification in automotive/diesel mechanics (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Physical ability to handle manual tasks and work in various conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
