Tanggung Jawab
- Repair, replace, and install windshields, side windows, and rear windows on various vehicles.
- Inspect vehicle glass for damage and assess repair needs accurately.
- Remove broken or damaged glass safely using specialized tools and techniques.
- Prepare and clean glass frame surfaces by scraping, sanding, and applying primers.
- Apply urethane adhesives and sealants to ensure proper bonding and weatherproofing.
- Adjust and align new glass to ensure perfect fit and functionality.
- Test installed glass for water leaks, wind noise, and proper operation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to company and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive repair is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Autoglass Installer, Technician, or relevant automotive role.
- Proficiency in using glass removal and installation tools and equipment.
- Solid knowledge of various adhesives, primers, and sealants used in automotive glass.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid professional driver's license is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
