This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless daily operation of our busy workshop, balancing administrative precision with financial oversight.

As our Bookkeeper and Admin Assistant, you will act as the backbone of our office, handling essential financial tasks, inventory documentation, and client communication. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate customer scheduling, job card updates, and service reminders for the workshop.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for vehicle service histories and invoices.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
  • Monitor and order workshop consumables and spare parts inventory.
  • Provide front-desk support, including answering customer inquiries and coordinating service bookings.
  • Prepare regular financial reports to assist management in tracking workshop performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Admin Assistant, or similar office-based role, preferably within an automotive or trade setting.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB).
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail, particularly regarding financial data entry and inventory tracking.
