Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy-duty trucks and engines, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic software and tools.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as pistons, gaskets, belts, and electrical wiring systems.
- Conduct thorough pre-service and post-service inspections to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records for all repairs and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize work orders and communicate technical findings to customers.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Automotive Technology or Diesel Mechanics.
- Proven experience as a Mechanic, specifically with truck engines and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Familiarity with General Motors (GM) vehicles and diagnostic systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of engine mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
- Valid Professional Driver's License (if required for on-site duties).
