Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct and indirect technical support to lead mechanics during complex repairs.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on automotive systems and heavy equipment components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with workshop standards.
- Accurately document all repairs, services, and parts used during maintenance cycles.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and adhere to company operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role, preferably with heavy equipment exposure.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic automotive systems.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy components as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
