Join Motoren Group Sdn Bhd as an Automotive Parts Sales Executive and drive our B2B growth strategy in Malaysia's dynamic automotive sector. We're seeking a results-driven professional to expand our external workshop network by building strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional service to automotive repair centers across Selangor. This role combines technical product knowledge with consultative selling to position our premium parts portfolio as the preferred solution for workshop needs. You'll be instrumental in penetrating new markets, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our mission of elevating industry standards through quality components and expert support.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external workshops and automotive service centers
- Exceed sales targets through consultative B2B selling of automotive parts and components
- Conduct market research to identify new workshop partnerships and growth opportunities
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical training to workshop technicians
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery and inventory management
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints with prompt, professional solutions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in automotive parts or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to build long-term client relationships
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Degree/Diploma in Automotive Technology, Business, or related field preferred
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Knowledge of automotive systems and parts catalog management
