Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years in automotive service advisor or customer service role
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with automotive management software
- Valid driver's license with clean record
