Tanggung Jawab
- Perform systematic vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
- Execute high-quality repairs and routine maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and ensure vehicle safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure efficient workshop operations.
- Recommend necessary upgrades or proactive maintenance to improve overall vehicle performance and fuel efficiency.
- Provide clear, professional technical advice to customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Update digital service records accurately after every job completion.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an automotive service or repair environment.
- Possess a recognized technical certification (SKM, Diploma in Automotive Engineering, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle engine management systems and diagnostics tools.
- Ability to interpret complex technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
