Tanggung Jawab
- Install and configure dashcam systems, GPS trackers, and other automotive accessories
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of installed components
- Ensure all installations comply with automotive safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Provide technical advice to customers regarding optimal accessory placement and functionality
- Maintain organized workshop space and proper inventory of installation tools/supplies
- Document installation processes and maintain service records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent technical certification
- 1+ years of experience in automotive electronics or accessory installation
- Proficient with wiring diagrams, circuit testing, and hand tools
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D)
- Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and 12V circuits
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical work
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
