Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance services (PMS) according to manufacturer standards.
- Conduct accurate diagnostic checks and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues.
- Execute custom job requests with precision and high-quality workmanship.
- Perform fluid changes, brake inspections, tire services, and engine tuning.
- Document all service activities accurately in the workshop management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with dealership safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle health status and repair requirements to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical diagnostics.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and service equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site at Kia Alabang and adapt to shifting operational requirements.
