Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging technical curriculum to students in both classroom and workshop environments.
- Facilitate hands-on training sessions focused on automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostic procedures.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track academic progress.
- Maintain workshop safety standards and ensure all training equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Develop and update instructional materials to reflect the latest automotive industry standards and technologies.
- Mentor students on professional workplace etiquette, discipline, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with academic leadership to improve course delivery methods and curriculum effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive mechanics or a relevant technical field.
- Relevant certification in Automotive Engineering, Vocational Training (VTO/VTI), or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to learners of varying skill levels.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Passionate about technical education and professional development.
- Experience in an academic or training environment is considered a strong advantage.
